Using the historical building and schoolyard as is, we will attract many guests throughout the festival with festival partner booths and food and drink stands at the Former Rissei Elementary School, located in the middle of Kyoto’s downtown. We will use the auditorium as an entertainment stage, holding many events there.

A.Stage Area (Auditorium) Events including stand up, skits, comedian panels with Yoshimoto entertainers and other events that bring the Kyoto International Movie Festival to life. Festival partners will also do PR presentations throughout the festival. B.Booth Area (school building and schoolyard) Festival partner exhibit booths and selling areas. C.Food Area and Mini-Stage (schoolyard) Stores produced by entertainers, different food and drink stands, and festival partner booths.
